1. Size
When it first appeared in the early 1990s the Lamborghini Diablo astonished with its modernity and speed. The Diablo also received a brand new bumper and rectangular side markers. Diablo was also offered in a few special editions. The SV-R and the GTR were both race versions of this model. 2. Material
A Lamborghini Diablo Key is constructed of an alloy of titanium. This material is extremely lightweight and robust. The SV was Diablo's final major facelift. The year 1999 was the last time the Diablo saw major changes to its appearance. Other changes included the elimination of the traction control system, a new oil cooler and a bigger front and rear brakes.

Inside the cabin, the SV included new gauges in white face with large analogue readouts of road and engine speed. The SV also offered more comfortable seats in the front and an innovative Alpine audio system. The SV was the first Lamborghini with a tire-pressure indicator. The system worked by sending a signal to the instrument cluster when the pressure of the tire dropped below 28 PSI.
3. Design
The Lamborghini Diablo was produced from 1990 to 2001 and set an unmatched standard for the brand. It was the first Lamborghini production to reach a top speed over 320 km/h. The best examples are still able to fetch high prices.
The design of the Lamborghini Diablo was influenced by the Countach and Miura however, it was made to be less angular. It also incorporated scissor door technology derived from the Countach. Marcello Gandini was the designer however, he was fired after ownership changed. Instead the car was developed by Tom Gale, who had previously worked on the Chrysler Prowler and Dodge Viper.
Through its entire life during its time, the Lamborghini Diablo was updated with different modifications and upgrades. These included the SV models that were introduced in 1993 as well as the GT models that came out in 1996 and the VT Roadster Millennium model that was developed in 2000.
